We started our mission in 2012. The company expanded from Private Tours in Croatia to Private Tours in Europe in 2017. Euro Private Tours has 8 employees and a lot of partners in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Our mission is to run a small sustainable business with a high quality of service.

Yes, all our tours are private. Only for some activities, we have to use a group tour, like Postojna Cave sightseeing, Truffle Hunting in Croatia (Istria), Ferry/Catamaran rides between islands, etc. It will be mentioned in the travel package if some activities will be group tours.

Private tours are designed packages for people who want to travel their own way, without other people joining them. Private tour means private transportation (private vehicle with a private driver or a private boat with a private skipper), private guides in cities or attractions.

A custom tour is actually a private tour, the only difference is that custom tours are tailored or created based on your time restrictions, wishes, and special interests.

A private tour is a travel package that is already designed and you booked an already created itinerary.

Our groups are normally up to 8 people which would require one vehicle (8 seater mini-van). In a case of bigger groups, we use two minivans, or minibusses depending on the size of the group.

You will be driven around with a private experienced driver. The driver is also a tour guide which means he will take good care of you, communicate with local guides and accommodations. Guided tours will be provided with licensed local guides in areas you will visit. The only legal way to have guided tours is by using local guides because every region or country has its own rules.

Drivers speak excellent English, while local guides can speak many other languages depending on availability.

Hotels can be booked directly by you, with our assistance, or we can book hotels. Euro Private Tours works with 4* and 5* Hotels. We don’t book BB or apartments for rent.

Hotel prices vary a lot depending on the date and availability. We calculate hotel prices on request.

Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for some of the countries you will travel to. Euro Private Tours is not responsible for non-valid travel documents.

The payment process is: 20% to secure the booking and the rest of the payment 4 weeks before through bank transfer or credit card. In the case of using a credit card, an additional fee is 5%.

Meals are not included, only if we have booked hotels then breakfast is included.

Activities like local food tasting, wine tasting with snacks are an optional part of the travel package.

Airfare is not included in the price, prices include only ground services.

Personal travel insurance is not included, and we highly suggest you arrange your travel insurance before your departure.
