About the Tour

Day 1

Upon your arrival at Zurich airport, you will meet your private guide and check-in the hotel. You will have a chance to explore the city yourself. In the end, overnight in Zurich.

Day 2

In the morning, we’ll take a sightseeing tour of Zurich and its main sites. We’ll take a walk through the Bahnhofstrasse, visit St.Peter’s church, Opera House and Old Town. Also, we’ll visit Zurich lake where you’ll have a chance to swim, go on a boat ride, play some water sports or try local foods in one of the restaurants. Later, we’ll drive to Bern to spend the night.

Day 3

Our day starts with a tour of Bern, Switzerland’s capital city. We’ll visit famous historical sites. For example, Parliament Building, Kafigturm ( Prison Tower ), Zytglogge ( Clock Tower) which dates back to the 13th century, and other famous buildings. Later, we’ll head to Geneva where we’ll spend the night.

Day 4

First, we’ll visit the Flower Clock, Geneva Fountain, and the Old Town. Then, we’ll head to Beautiful Lake Geneva and Montreux where we’ll visit Chateau de Chillon. In the end, overnight in Zermatt.

Day 5

Our daily tour starts in a charming village of Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn. Zermatt is also a famous ski resort that is special for its combination of modern and traditional styles. Our next stop in Interlaken where you’ll admire the view of beautiful mountains of Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau. Accommodation in Interlaken.

Day 6

The first destination of the day is Jungfrau. We’ll get there by a cogwheel train that will take us to Europe’s highest railway station, the “Top of Europe”. There, you’ll have a chance to admire a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. We’ll also visit the Ice palace and Europe’s largest glacier. Later, return to Interlaken where we’ll spend the night.

Day 7

Our journey takes us to Lucerne where we’ll admire its medieval style and astonishing lake and mountains surrounding it. We’ll also visit the famous Chapel Bridge which is one of the oldest wooden bridges in Europe. Our first stop in Germany is Konstanz where we’ll spend the night.

Day 8

In the morning, we’ll take a walk by the largest lake in Germany, Lake Constance. We’ll visit some famous buildings in Konstanz such as Hohenzollerhaus and Rathaus. Later, we will visit Lindau, a charming island town linked with the land by a bridge. We’ll visit its famous lighthouse and the statue of the Bavarian lion. Later, we’ll head to Fussen to spend the night.

Day 9

To start the day, we’ll visit magnificent Neuschwanstein Castle in the Alps. It was built by King Ludwig II. of Bavaria in the 19th century to honor Richard Wagner. Later, we’ll visit Linderhof Palace and admire its magnificent garden. In the end, overnight in Munich.

Day 10

In the morning, we’ll take a tour of Munich and visit its famous sites. For example, the Cathedral of our Lady, the Munich Residenz, Marienplatz, English garden, and its numerous galleries and museums. We’ll spend our last night in Munich.

Day 11

In the morning, you will be transferred to the Munich airport and that is where our Switzerland and Southern Germany tour ends.
